Mosqiller is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason as per terms and conditions mentioned below, you can replace the product to us within 12 months from the delivery date with original packing.

Terms & Condition:

1. All damage/defect/Qty issue/description mismatch are eligible for replacement but within 12 months from Delivery.
2. All Replacement/Refunds will be processed after the quality check is cleared.
3. Any product returned that shows a physical damaged/torn out box will not be Replaced/Refunded and will be returned back to the buyer without rendering a reason.
4. Claims to be reversed through the same way the payment has been done.

 

Note: Our team has the right to accept or reject the request on a case to case basis depending upon the reason or cause shared by the customer.
